This is a 27 minute sequence that you can come back to several times a week to help with foot and ankle strength. Your ability to remain injury free starts in your feet. The less active muscles you have in your feet, the more prone you are to losing your footing/balance, and falling, leading to avoidable injuries. It's beginner friendly. If you need to, stand next to a wall, table, or chair to use it for balance. Over time, if you keep coming back to this, you won't need those props, but until then, be safe.
