As someone who as lived the experiences to actually support my knowledge and skills, I focus on helping you build strength with purpose and precision. Every movement is an opportunity to connect more deeply with your body and awareness. By integrating yoga, breathwork, and body awareness, I offer a holistic approach that supports you from recovery to strength.  I’m here to help you unlock your full potential—inside and out.

Dana, your Yoga instructor

Hey, I’m Dana — a certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor (over 10 yrs) with a deep passion for movement and recovery. I earned my yoga certification in India and have since taught in several countries, exploring different styles and traditions.

As an athlete, I’ve done everything from marathon running and long-distance cycle touring to calisthenics and strength training. One of my most defining experiences came a few years ago, when I was run over while cycling. I underwent extensive reconstructive surgery and had to relearn how to walk. I now how titanium rods in my legs and fixtures on my ribs.

The picture above is about a year after the incident, proving that if you really want something, and work at it, you can succeed. That journey taught me even more about the true power of patience, perseverance, and the mind-body connection — lessons I now share through my work.
